More Confidence in Your Stakeholder Interactions

We have just released three small updates that will make a big difference to how confidently you can manage stakeholders. Our stakeholder management tools are constantly evolving to help you capture the cleanest data possible and communicate more efficiently.

1. Search for missing information.

One of our newest features is negative search, which helps you to find fields that haven’t been populated with key information or values. This makes it easier for you to maintain quality data. For example, you can now quickly find all stakeholders that are missing an email address, compile them into a list, and easily update the email field.

2. Download charts and add them straight into your reports.

We are also making it easier for you to share information with your team. Our data can now be downloaded from our chart view and easily imported into a presentation that you are putting together.

3. Send email campaigns with confidence.

You will also enjoy the new confirmation screen when you send your next email campaign out into the world. Sending a bulk email is already anxiety-provoking enough, so we have created a new confirmation screen that will give you peace of mind knowing that your EDM has been sent out to your target stakeholders.

What’s coming next?

We are continuing to help you work faster. With a focus on merge classifications, major user experience improvements, and updates to Comms Tool permissions, we look forward to catching up again in December. Stay tuned!
