Our standard pricing is based on the amount of Stakeholders in your system. All Prices exclude GST and are in $AUD. If you enter a 3-year contract, you will receive 10% off your subscription (no extra costs). If you need to cater to more than 10,000 stakeholders we will work with you on creating a bespoke enterprise arrangement.

Local Government

We understand the need for Local Government to foster a deep culture of public participation and provide open dialogue and shared problem-solving to the community.

This pricing is for Local Governments and Cities based on their population size. All Prices exclude GST and are in $AUD. If you need to cater to a population greater than 300,000 we will work with you on creating a bespoke enterprise arrangement.

Consultation Manager offers unlimited free support to each and every client. From a smooth setup process to ongoing technical support and system advice, we’ll empower you to track your engagement effectively.

Our support inclusions are:

  • Onboarding your team to ensure the use of your system is efficient and effective
  • Unlimited phone, email and chat support through business hours
  • An extensive knowledgebase providing details on all of our features

Dedicated Customer Success Manager

Your dedicated CSM will be available for you to contact directly for system help and advice. They will also proactively make sure that you’re getting the best value out of your Consultation Manager platform.

Training

All clients receive a standard onboarding training session. Certain packages do include several complimentary training sessions per year.

Onboarding

System Plan:

A Customer Success Manager will guide you through onboarding by implementing a System Plan. A 1-Hour System Configuration Consult will be conducted to help identify Key Users and a target Go-Live date. From here, you will be provided with a System Configuration document, Data Protocols example document and Data Import/Migration Plan.

System Deploy:

As we keep on track to your Go-Live Date, we will run through Data Importing and a Framework Build as well as organising Key Contact access. Invoicing will commence at this stage.

User Training:

To ensure your users a trained to best use our platform, we will conduct General User, Enterprise Administrator and Power User Training. All Users will be provided access at this stage.

CM4 Setup Customisations

Consultation Manager is an incredibly flexible tool allowing you to customise your system to suit your needs. Personalising data fields allows you to track all different aspects of your engagement.

Database Report

Certain packages receive an annual database quality report to identify potential opportunities to improve your data quality.

The report identifies duplicates, system configuration recommendations, inactive projects, active/inactive users, and aims to empower you to improve the quality of your data and your reporting.
