Consultation Manager welcomes Chelsea White as the new CEO

At Consultation Manager, we are very excited to announce our new CEO, Chelsea White. Chelsea started working with Consultation Manager in 2014 and since, has exceeded expectations through her business growth and development. Chelsea’s success began at just 18-years-old, when she started her own profitable business which helped shape her personal approach to Business Development and Account Managing.  

The journey to CEO 

Chelsea was Consultation Manager’s first Business Development and Account Management executive. Even though expectations were high, Chelsea didn’t disappoint. Prior to hiring Chelsea, Consultation Manager mainly experienced growth through word-of-mouth recommendations. Since having her on board, Consultation Manager has seen an exponential increase in their client base. Her approach to Business Development and Account Management strongly aligned with Consultation Manager’s core values. Having quickly realised her own potential, Chelsea used her strengths to uphold Consultation Manager’s fundamentals; a client centric approach, maintaining long-term relationships conducive to achieving client goals.

Chelsea’s determination and ambition proved she was a worthy team-leader and so, she became the Chief Operations Officer before being named Consultation Manager’s next CEO.

Work achievements 

  • In the past two years, Chelsea has significantly increased the Consultation Manager team from just 4 to 15 employees.
  • She has also heavily contributed to a healthy growth in client base across AUS, NZ, CAN and the UK.
