Outstanding Actions
When first logging in online, project team members are presented with a list of their Outstanding Actions - actions which they have yet to complete. These actions are created by team members in response to contact with stakeholders.

The Outstanding Actions interface helps your team to stay abreast of key project tasks at all times.

Action Details
In just one click, the Action Details interface gives team members further information about stakeholders and the contact they've had with the project.

From this interface, actions can be signed off and an email confirmation sent to the team member who initiated the action request. Or, if you initiated the action, you can send email notifications (or reminders) to the team member you've assigned the action to. Online collaboration with your whole team.

Stakeholder Summaries
Stakeholder summary screens allow you to quickly review all relevant stakeholder data including:

their contact details
which groups they belong to (for searching, mailing list and reporting purposes)
the events they've been involved with (eg. phone calls, emails or meetings)
what actions have been raised in response to these events.

Powerful Search, Import and Export Features
Keyword searches enable you to quickly find stakeholders in the database and their interactions with the project team.

Search results and other data can be exported to Excel quickly and easily at the click of a button. What could be easier?
